House of Pinash products are made to order and production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed.

Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.

After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be cancelled, as production may have commenced.

Please provide your order number and the contact details used to place the order.

A cancellation request is considered accepted only once it has been confirmed by House of Pinash.

Simply sending a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled.

Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, the order will proceed for production and cancellation will generally no longer be possible.
