House of Pinash sells fashion products including dresses, cord sets, shirts and pants.

Product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Our products are made to order.

Production generally takes 7–10 days, followed by approximately 3–5 days for delivery after dispatch.

4. Product Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price at the time of successful order placement will generally apply to that order.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where relevant, will be displayed during checkout.

5. Orders

An order placed through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product.

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order.

After this period, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted because production may have commenced.

7. Returns & Replacement

As products are made to order, general returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged products may qualify for replacement when reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported by appropriate photographs/videos.

8. Shipping

House of Pinash currently ships within India.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Delivery generally takes 3–5 days after dispatch.

9. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including name, phone number, email address and shipping address.

House of Pinash will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
